This course is designed to educate those who employ commercial drivers covered by the FMCSA rule, 49 CFR Part 382. Diana outlines how to implement an FMCSA-compliant testing program. You'll learn how to conduct pre-employment testing, query the FMCSA Clearinghouse, manage a compliant random testing pool, conduct post-accident testing and much more.
Target audience:
This course exceeds the minimum federal requirements for training and authorizing supervisors and other company officials to make reasonable suspicion testing determination when they have observed signs and symptoms of probable prohibited drug use or alcohol misuse.

We'll cover the FTA testing windows and how to document the decision-making process.
