FTA Drug & Alcohol Program Manager Course
This training is geared toward participants who are responsible for managing an FTA drug and alcohol testing program. The webinar will be presented in 2, 90-minute sessions.
Following the webinar, the participant will be able to:
- Identify the applicable federal drug and alcohol testing regulations
- Determine which employees are covered by the FTA testing rule
- Describe the minimum policy and training requirements
- Understand the role of a DAPM
- Describe the six DOT test types
- Identify the service agents used to execute testing
- Apply consequences following an employee's violation
- Retain records in accordance with the regulation
- Access industry-specific tools and resources

Supervisor Training in Reasonable Suspicion Testing Determinations
This course exceeds the minimum federal requirements for training and authorizing supervisors and other company officials to make reasonable suspicion testing determination when they have observed signs and symptoms of probable prohibited drug use or alcohol misuse.

Supervisor Training in Post Accident Testing Thresholds- FTA
This course will address the FTA thresholds that authorize and require an employer to perform post-accident drug and alcohol testing following an accident involving a public transportation vehicle. We'll cover the FTA testing windows and how to document the decision-making process. The course also includes a discussion on when it is appropriate to discount an operator's actions as a contributing factor to the accident.
